Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Proposal Specialist I, you will:

  • Coordinates proposal production process for both informal and RFP proposals from start to finish.
  • Facilitates and participates in strategy meetings with Sales team and other company resources (as needed) to determine best positioning of services and determine task assignments.
  • Analyzes the requirements of an RFP and decide what information needs to be included in the proposal.
  • Develops, edits, and formats customized proposal responses to RFPs.
  • Ensures proposals meet all RFP or customer requirements while also adhering to the company’s standards and policies.
  • Reviews, edits, and proofreads proposals and other materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency of documents, and compliance with firm guidelines and standards.
  • Supports multiple projects, prioritizes assignments, and completes tasks within firm deadlines and in a team environment.
  • Utilizes and updates CRM to capture information related to current proposal activity.
  • Manages proposal databases, templates, and other related documentation
  • Participates in meetings with the Sales team to deepen knowledge of assigned proposals.
  • Uses clear and concise messaging to call out client benefits and competitive differentiation of the company’s strategies for RFP content.
