Role description: Balancing resources to support the needs for Global and Key Clients along with the entire sales community Ensure delivery of successful, high-quality pursuit/proposal deliverables Ensuring there’s a streamlined proposal support processes including the use of available tools, systems and resources under The Arcadis Way Improve our win & capture rates Role accountabilities: Lead an operational team and manage performance across all activities in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance Effectively liaise and work with other team leaders to ensure alignment between the workstreams and regions and the centre. Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team to assure mutual understanding of desired results Ensure that the team members are complying to the company’s rules and regulations and any management changes shall be implemented Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal Track and monitor team performance measures and reporting i.e. utilization, quality assurance, client satisfaction Identify gaps in core capabilities and initiate training based on business needs Manage the flow of day-to-day operations Manages the team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration Proactively identifies ways to improve processes and tools Drives/facilitates talent acquisition search to ensure quality and consistent growth of the team Efficient induction and onboarding process working with enabling functions such as HR and IT for a seamless orientation Qualifications & Experience: Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Management, or any related field At least 7 years proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, ideally in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Key Qualifications: Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Why Arcadis?
