• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CAD software.

• Provide technical expertise during tendering and quotation processes/activities and support the sales and marketing team with relevant engineering insights.
• Handle tendering processes and engage with clients from oil companies through various communication channels.
• Review and comprehend technical requirements outlined in customer tender documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect essential data for proposal development.
• Draft and compile technical documentation, such as datasheets, proposal designs, and tender technical answer sheet.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and delivery schedules to assist the sales and proposals team in responding to inquiries.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
