If so, you might be a great fit for our Proposal Team. We are looking for a talented Proposal Writer to join our team in Western Canada.
As a Proposal Writer, you will write, edit and provide strategic input to proposals across the country. You will leverage internal relationships to secure the support and assistance of other staff required to complete proposals in a timely manner, consistent with corporate marketing and proposal writing standards and brand messaging. You will also produce dynamic presentations and marketing materials that will wow our clients.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Exceptional business writing, editing, and communications skills
  • A post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid or proposal development is required
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products with strong Word proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites software (particularly InDesign) is an asset
  • Previous experience in architecture, engineering, construction, management consulting or other professional services environment considered a strong asset
