THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Proposal Writer to join our growing Advisory team in Sydney. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in bid writing and public sector procurement.
You will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that reflect HKA’s value proposition. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts and technical teams to develop tailored content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements. You’ll also contribute to maintaining a library of reusable content and case studies and support internal processes that ensure quality and consistency across submissions.
