WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Proposals Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical, commercial, and contractual aspects of tenders and RFQs. This includes managing the entire bidding process from pre-qualification to final submission, ensuring that proposals align with the company’s objectives. The role involves coordinating across departments to gather necessary information, delegating tasks to support teams, and ensuring that all submissions meet client requirements and internal quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Engineering Degree Qualified – Additional Business / Commerce / Contracts qualifications would be an advantage.
• Prior experience building technical and commercial proposals for control systems.
• Experience building technical and commercial proposals for Pressure test bays, Pressure Test Units and ESD’s.
• Experience handling high volumes of proposals.
