We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Proposals & Presentation Manager to lead the development of customized RFx responses and high-impact presentations. This role is critical in supporting our growth strategy by ensuring all client-facing materials are persuasive, visually engaging, and aligned with our brand and messaging. This person in this role will act as a project manager, writer and designer for assigned RFx pursuits and presentations while empowering our sales and account management teams to be efficient, effective, and consistent in their use of our current messaging, collateral and resources. You will be managing several ongoing projects simultaneously while using your on-the-job experiences to innovate and develop new content, tools, and assets to continuously improve our solutions. This role is part of a team of other Sales Enablement Managers and reports to the Director, Sales Enablement. To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess an enthusiasm to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proposal Management · Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including RFP/RFI responses, capability statements, and custom client proposals. · Build and format RFx responses from end-to-end, including tailoring the messaging for specific needs, writing bespoke content, leveraging AI tools and resources, and pulling from existing library topics to streamline the process. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure accuracy and compliance. · Contribute to maintaining a library of proposal templates, case studies, bios, and other reusable content. Presentation Development · Design and develop high-quality presentations for client meetings, pitches, and internal communications. · Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging slides using tools like PowerPoint · Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all presentation materials. · Preferred expertise in PowerPoint and visual design with the ability to work quickly and adapt on the fly for quick-turn deadlines and customized requests. Project Coordination · Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects. · Facilitate review and approval processes with stakeholders. Continuous Improvement · Analyze proposal outcomes and presentation feedback to identify areas for improvement. · Stay current with industry trends and best practices in proposal writing and visual storytelling.
