ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

  • Contribute in CTR-activities/offers, both installation and project related studies
  • Discipline and field engineering
  • Supplier follow-up
  • Field hook up engineering
  • Establish and follow-up commissioning packages
  • Work packages
  • Installation follow-up, red mark-up documentation, final documentation
  • Offshore surveys, installation follow up or yard stay may be required
  • Coordination and cooperation with rig crew and ongoing installation work
  • Contribute in project(s) and deliver on time and budget assigned work tasks
  • Report costs, progress and deviation to technical lead/package engineer or project managers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical, Bachelor or Master degree within engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • Additional craft certificate is an advantage
  • Calculation and dimensioning of piping, valves and process equipment
  • Flow and heat transfer calculations
  • Preliminary and detail process design
  • Project work in multidiscipline teams
  • Active participation in HAZOP, design reviews etc.
  • Prepare relevant necessary process and system documentation, such as:
  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Process/Utility Flow Diagrams (PFDs/UFDs)
  • Process Datasheets
  • Linelists
  • Heat and mass balances, simulation reports
  • Design and study reports
  • System Operation manuals, testing procedures, commissioning procedures etc
  • Offshore surveys and participation in system and equipment testing.
  • Checking and/or approval of design documents
  • Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental conscientious
  • Committed and motivated
  • Creative and constructive
  • Determined and result oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, Norwegian and English as a minimum
  • Team player and developer
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Extensive computer skills
