POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Prospective Student Representative is to engage all domestic prospective student inquiries by phone, walk-in, email, or any other media source about the benefits of a Bow Valley College education. The primary responsibility is to provide advice and information to ensure that students are making informed decisions about their career and program pathways. Additionally, they are responsible for assisting with recruitment events to enhance the exposure of the Welcome Centre such as Open House, Preview Night, Transfer Credit Fair, and other events as appropriate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma
• 1 or more years of relevant customer service experience working in a face paced, high demand customer service environment
• An equivalent combination of directly related education and experience may be considered
• If your education was received internationally we will require you provide an international education assessment through IQAS, WES, or one of the other nationally designated organizations upon hire
  This opening is a Temporary AUPE position. Please note all successful candidates will be required to provide copies of government issued identification and proof of educational qualifications upon hire and may be required to provide an enhanced police information check.
