Position: Protection Adviser
Teams: Zeo Mortgages & Zeo Protect
Location: Hybrid (Cheshire office & remote)
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE £40k–£60k+)

As a Protection Adviser at Zeo Finance, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our mortgage team to provide expert advice on protection products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection. You will:

• Handle warm leads from our mortgage advisers and incoming customer enquiries
• Conduct protection needs assessments using plain-language explanations
• Recommend and quote appropriate protection cover aligned with client needs
• Complete applications and medical questionnaires, liaising with insurers throughout
• Maintain FCA-compliant records and ensure excellent customer service

Full support provided by a directly authorised firm including leads, using all available software including OMS, compliance support through Paradigm and everything else you need so you can concentrate on what you do.
