We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Protection Consultant to join our clients team in Bristol. This hybrid role involves guiding clients through various protection insurance options, with a strong focus on building trust and delivering tailored solutions. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this pivotal position.
The role offers Full-time – 40 hours (Monday to Thursday 9:45 am - 7 pm and Friday 10 am - 6 pm) The work style is Hybrid, which involves spending at least two days, or 40% of your working week, in our Bristol office. This will be agreed upon by your Line Manager.

PROTECTION CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: -

• Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment, with a strong track record of meeting KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow internal and external regulatory procedures
• Adaptable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement

• Provide clear and comprehensive advice on protection insurance products, tailoring solutions to individual client needs
• Establish strong client relationships based on trust, compassion, and understanding
• Accurately process client information, ensuring all regulatory and procedural requirements are met
• Manage workload efficiently, maintaining a proactive and positive approach
