Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a technical lead and design authority for engineering deliverables, installation and commissioning activities of automation, control and protection and communication scope of supply;
  • Work with the customer to architect & provide solutions to drive the delivery of innovative improvements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain function to identify potential vendors for requisite equipment and materials, cross-check offers with specifications, supplier quotations based on a suitable product mix and considering both technical and commercial aspects
  • Manage the sales support within the sales process including tender and risk review, strategic definition of the scope of delivery, definition of suitable terms and conditions, provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours.
  • Create and execute strategies for risk and opportunity management in own area of responsibility.
  • Create work plans and cost estimates in own area of responsibility. Review and approve scope, budget and schedule
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risks
  • Support Contract Manager in its functional field (new/change in scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantifications).
