Embark on a journey within our Physical Security BU at MCB. We are committed to safeguarding employees, customers and other assets from potential risk or hazard at all times. Your responsibility as a Protection Officer is to execute day-to-day physical security operations within the bank to ensure all staff and assets are exposed to minimum risk. This includes monitoring security systems, implementing proactive measures, and ensuring strict adherence to policies and best practices. We are looking for Job vacancy: Protection Officer In this role you will: Execute security operations with a view to reach the best customer solutions; Act as first point of contact for all security day-to-day operations and first respondents to all MCB security incidents; Respond to queries regarding security aspects in a timely manner and as per set standards; Provide security cover within the premises of the MCB; Monitor the security systems and take appropriate actions as directed by Senior Protection officer when alarms are reported. To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances; Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity; Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments; Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; Produce written communication that is structured with the intended audience in mind. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of: Either A School Certificate (SC); 2 years' professional experience in Security operations, including expertise in monitoring Security Systems. Or 5 years' professional experience in Security operations, including expertise in monitoring Security Systems. AND A BTEC Level 3 in Security Management would be an advantage. A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
