Context Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator (Protection), and in close coordination with the Heads of Units under Protection and relevant thematic specialists at the Regional Office and Headquarters (HQ), the Protection Officer (Policy and Capacity Development) will lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring protection policy and capacity development interventions within IOM Libya.
Responsibilities
The Protection Officer will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of protection policy and capacity development interventions for IOM Libya, working under the supervision of the Chief of Mission and Senior Programme Coordinator (Protection). This role requires close coordination with relevant thematic specialists at the Regional Office and Headquarters.
