Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Dulux’s Victorian Protective Coatings business is seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Coatings Consultant to drive profitable market share growth across the Melbourne Metro and Albury/Wodonga areas. In this pivotal role, you will work as part of a high-performing team to establish and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with a broad range of customers, including blast yards, industrial applicators, and key stakeholders such as engineers, architects, project managers, and government bodies. Your deep market awareness in the building and construction sector, along with your commercially astute nature, will enable you to grow the business through effective territory management and strategic growth initiatives.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the business by driving new customer acquisition, developing long-term contracts, and identifying new growth opportunities. You will leverage your strong relationship-building and communication skills to influence key decision-makers, ensuring the long-term success of your accounts.
