(Subject to review and approval) About the Role: The Protective Security Project Director position works within Operational Support Services, a section of the Infrastructure and Health Support Services branch (see below summary). The Protective Security Project Director will take the lead in implementing actions that support CHS application of the ACT Protective Security Framework (PSF) and Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) legislation. The position will also assess undertaken security risk assessments at both enterprise and campus levels and develop associated risk action plans. In this position, you will be responsible for embedding PSF and SOCI requirements into core business processes ensuring clear ownership, accountability and ongoing compliance across relevant operational areas. You will also be reviewing and validating Security Risk Assessment recommendations and developing detailed Risk Management Plans, along with developing a detailed scope of works and cost estimates for security projects arising from Security Risk Assessment findings. You will support the implementation of PSF and SOCI initiatives across Canberra Health Services contributing to the uplift of Protective Security capabilities and the maturity of SRA processes. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who possesses strong organisational skills with a proactive approach and high level of initiative. You will also have a proven ability to be able to adapt and be flexible in dynamic environments with a focus on delivering responsive and patient centric services.
