Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead. [Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program] Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational support for the department. Prepare, compile, and maintain documentation including reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and operational records. Support processing of Service Requests (SR) / Service Work (SW), purchase requisitions, and internal documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Ensure adherence to company procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the Head of Unit. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related discipline. Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of working experience.
