[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program] Responsibilities * Assist in the development and enhancement of Contractor Program Management processes and online systems. * Analyse data related to Contractor Management, including contractor performance, consequence management, and contractor capabilities. * Support the planning and execution of Contractor Program Management events and engagements (e.g. contractor roadshows, Safety Day, contractor development coaching/training, forums). * Assist in Contractor Management improvement initiatives and projects (e.g. ProSafe, HSSE Scoreboard). * Provide support in HSSE technical matters, including contractor HSSE documentation and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) management systems. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in HSSE, Engineering, or a related field. * Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. * Basic knowledge of research and data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Exposure to ISO standards or productivity tools (e.g. Canva, NotebookLM) is an added advantage. * Good communication skills with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Strong teamwork, basic problem-solving skills, and ability to plan and execute tasks effectively. Responsibilities
