Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead. [Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program] Responsibilities: * Assist in coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD/CEO’s Office to ensure timely and accurate information flow. * Support the planning and coordination of the MD/CEO’s appointments, meetings, conferences, visits, and business engagements. * Maintain and regularly update the MD/CEO’s calendar to ensure effective schedule management and prioritisation. * Assist in arranging local and overseas travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation. * Support the preparation and consolidation of travel documentation to facilitate smooth business trips. * Assist in drafting, compiling, and proofreading emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence for the MD/CEO’s review and approval. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Corporate Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related discipline. * Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience. * Strong organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
