Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead. Responsibilities * Support the Manager in monitoring performance of highway M&E systems across regions, ensuring compliance with SLA and KPIs * Consolidate and analyse performance data for key M&E assets (e.g. lighting, tolling systems, CCTV, VMS) * Prepare centralised dashboards and management reports highlighting system reliability, downtime, and response time * Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and technical standards * Review and monitor fault reports, breakdown records, and rectification status, including escalation of critical issues * Analyse system failures and incident response performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting submissions Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

The trainee will support the manager in monitoring highway M&E system performance and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. They will also analyze performance data, track maintenance activities, and prepare management reports on system reliability.
