Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead. [Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program] Responsibilities: * Assist in tracking and managing outstanding strata titles for completed properties. * Review internal records and documentation to verify ownership status and accuracy. * Liaise with Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), lawyers, and relevant stakeholders to obtain updates on strata title issuance. * Support coordination and completion of documentation required to resolve outstanding strata matters. * Identify properties with electricity accounts still registered under Property Development Group entities. * Conduct checks and reconcile records to facilitate proper transfer of ownership to purchasers. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or exposure in property development, conveyancing, or facilities/property management is an advantage. * Basic understanding of strata title processes, property documentation, or utilities management is preferred.
Responsibilities
The trainee will assist in managing outstanding strata titles and verifying property ownership records. They will also coordinate with stakeholders and reconcile utility accounts for property development entities.
