Requirements Operations Intern: The intern will be working on optimizing diafiltrations ratios and centerlines running parameters for MF, UF, Nano units. This will be an organized study coupled with sampling and building a fat mass balance spreadsheet. The goal is to be able to use the acquired data to create a baseline and understand JGF improvement opportunities. This position will provide an understanding of Dairy milk components and where in the process it is captured/lost. Opportunities to learn sampling, testing, data interpretation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Degree Programs of Interest: Dairy Science, Food Science, Engineering, AG business Students will be on a structured internship program. They are required to work on project-based work that will directly impact the success of the business and be relevant to their achieved studies. At the end of the internship, they will be required to make a presentation to the executive committee regarding their project, their findings, and recommendations. Internships are approximately 3 months long with start date and end date negotiable based on school schedule.
Responsibilities
