Uphold and enforce strict food safety and quality procedures in rigorous alignment with Codex Alimentarius and GFSI guidelines. Technical & Culinary Demonstration Support: Provide hands-on operational support for protein applications, including marination, curing, and thermal processing. Actively assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, identifying operational variables, and diagnosing system deficiencies during testing. Maintain and organize test kitchen inventory, tabletop equipment, specialized ingredients, and small appliances. Logistics, Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and coordinate the delivery of raw protein products, chemical components, and ingredients from external vendors. Maintain meticulous records regarding center scheduling, protein inventory levels, supply chains, and daily operational logs. Client Experience & Administration: Communicate professionally and seamlessly with internal executive teams, global customers, and external vendors across all verbal and digital channels. Assist in developing, organizing, and updating training materials and programs for the center. Manage multiple concurrent project timelines with sharp attention to detail, maintaining agility when unexpected operational challenges arise. Middleby is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
