PROTOCOL ANALYST

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Protocol Analyst to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations.
Primary Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Secondary Locations: Augusta, GA, San Antonio, TX, Oahu, HI, and Various Locations
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

• Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
• Relevant experience must be in a signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterizations, and/or network security analysis.
• Be able to perform advanced mathematics such as calculus, discrete mathematics, trigonometry, logic, computation, and statistics
• Must have excellent communication skills to express complex ideas in easy-to-understand language
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Entry level requires a HS Degree and 6 yrs of relevant experience | Associates Degree and 4 yrs of relevant experience | Bachelor’s Degree and 2 yrs relevant experience. Higher positions require up to and including a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
