Description

Riello (parte di Carrier), ricerca una figura con responsabilità sull’utilizzo dell’officina meccanica e delle sue attrezzature, che provvederà alla costruzione di parti meccaniche costituenti i prototipi dei prodotti (lamiere, raccorderia, tubi) e anche di attrezzature per la loro realizzazione, montaggio, test e collaudo. Principali responsabilità: Organizzazione e gestione delle attività di prototipazione e campionatura e dell’officina meccanica dedicata. Analisi delle richieste di parti meccaniche e definizione delle lavorazioni necessarie. Realizzazione diretta dei prototipi richiesti e individuazione dei metodi di lavorazioni più idonei. Capacità propositiva di trovare soluzioni per le esigenze del laboratorio gas e reliability e per il reparto prototipi. Utilizzo, per le attività sopraelencate, di tutte le macchine a disposizione dell’officina (fare elenco) Capacità / Esperienza tecnica richiesta: Esperienza senior in officina meccanica / prototipazione o realizzazione stampi Competenze consolidate su: Fresatrice CNC 3 assiControllo SELCA (fortemente preferito). Tornio. Piegatrice. programmazione CNC e gestione cicli non standard da bordo macchina. (preferibilmente CAM). Lettura del disegno meccanico. Collaborazione con ufficio tecnico/R&D per ottimizzare le soluzioni costruttive. Esperienza in: Piegatura lamiera. Lavorazione Ottone, ferro, alluminio, acciaio al carbonio e inox. Realizzazione tubi in rame (saldatura/saldobrasatura). Realizzazione attrezzature o piccoli stampi custom. Forte autonomia operativa. Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione. Responsibilities

The role involves organizing and managing the prototyping workshop activities, including the direct construction of mechanical parts for prototypes such as sheet metal, fittings, and tubes, as well as manufacturing necessary tooling. Responsibilities also include analyzing mechanical part requests, defining necessary machining operations, and proactively finding solutions for laboratory and prototype department needs.
