About the Team Planning and provisioning of materials for prototype production from order to shipment (B-samples).What you can look forward to as Prototype Material Planer: Planning and provisioning of materials for prototype production from order to shipment taking in account deadlines Operates all necessary SAP KPN and ERP processes Coordinates manufacturing of internal components in prototype and serial production Coordinates together with program purchasing the creation of purchase orders for external components and tracking of suppliers Collaborates with the prototype team in planning and monitoring of prototype production Coordinates tasks of the plant logistic department related to prototypes (e.g. packaging, customer service, material planning, warehouse…) Monitors deadlines in regards of component procurement, production of prototypes and ensures timely delivery to the customer Collaborates and communicates with all prototype related functions and departments within the serial plant and with other ZF locations worldwide. Your Profile as Prototype Material Planer: Deep knowledge of the prototype processes. Deep knowledge of the products. Good knowledge of the plant organization. Good knowledge of SAP KPN and ERP.
