YOUR MISSION: Create prototypes of new products and make adjustments to begin manufacturing. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Plan, design, construct, test, communicate, and evaluate prototype development projects to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Research and analyze data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products and services design to inform prototype development. - Develop and implement testing standards and procedures to ensure product quality and performance. - Operate and adjust complex equipment and machines to achieve optimal outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. - Identify and generate solutions to recurring inefficiencies to improve processes and outcomes. - Support product development and engineering activities by analyzing client situations and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. - Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard the well-being of self and others. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes by obtaining necessary authorizations for any exceptions. - Participate in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching, to enhance own capabilities. - Stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. - Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required. - Must be an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised. - Limited managerial experience required.
