This role is essential in driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights, with a strong focus on provider compensation modeling, contract performance analysis, and financial impact assessments. In this role the Data Analyst will collect, aggregate, and analyze provider compensation and productivity data to support program design and evaluation. The data analyst will partner Partner with HR, Business Development, Service Lines, Finance, Legal, and HRT on compensation model redesigns. This position is on site at our corporate midtown office. Preferred Criteria Previous experience analyzing provider compensation and contracts highly preferred Required Criteria Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of one year of related experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and visualize data from multiple sources with attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in a complex and matrix organizational structure Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
