Job Description Provider Engagement Account Manager (Remote – GA Based) Salary: $55,000 – $99,000 per year | Full-time, Remote (with local travel) Category: Healthcare / Provider Relations / Account Management About the Role We’re supporting a leading healthcare organization seeking a Provider Engagement Account Manager to strengthen relationships across its provider network. You’ll serve as the key contact for physicians and clinics—driving quality, utilization, and value-based performance through proactive account management. What You’ll Do Build and maintain provider relationships within assigned territory. Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to review performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network issues and optimize outcomes. Use data to identify trends, improve provider engagement, and achieve performance goals. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely follow-through on action items. Qualifications What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field. 2 + years experience in provider relations or account management within a health plan or IPA. Familiarity with HEDIS, MLR, and utilization metrics. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Local travel up to 80 % of the week (required).
