Onboarding & Activation Implement a consistent onboarding process that orients providers to GAH’s systems, mission, and opportunities. Establish a 90-day activation plan with clear touchpoints to ensure new providers are matched or otherwise engaged. Monitor provider “pipeline health” (new, onboarded, inactive, reengaged) through Salesforce. Engagement & Retention Design campaigns and resources that support ongoing provider engagement (toolkits, guides, engagement events). Facilitate provider advisory groups and feedback loops to ensure providers feel heard and valued. Collaborate with internal teams on delivery and facilitation of MHP trainings and peer support sessions, aligning content with provider needs and ensuring meaningful engagement. Data & Reporting Maintain a clean, categorized Salesforce database of providers, with lifecycle tracking and quality controls. Generate monthly dashboards with recruitment, activation, and retention metrics. Use insights to adapt outreach and engagement strategies. Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in membership management, volunteer coordination, provider relations, or association work. Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and activate networks of professionals or volunteers. Strong communication skills; ability to craft persuasive outreach and empathetic engagement. Foundational understanding of the mental health ecosystem (including provider licensure pathways, supervision structures, and professional development needs, etc.) is strongly preferred. Salesforce (or CRM) experience required. Mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable setting/meeting ambitious growth goals.
