Description Overtime Status: Salary, Exempt Scope: The Provider Liaison shall serve as the ambassador of our practice to all referring provider offices and other related entities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Cultivating new referral relationships with referring practices and providers while also nurturing existing referral relationships. Including addressing referral issues such as labs, tests, and scans not being forwarded before the patient visit. • Be professional, polished, outgoing, and able to effectively communicate current practice processes and information while actively listening and soliciting feedback to be used for process evaluation, modification, and improvement. • Effectively plan community events promoting the practice. • Build community relationships that include educational events, meals, and other activities. • Actively engage with referring practices to ensure that we not just meet but consistently exceed practice referral expectations. • Present weekly reports to the Director of Operations, reporting patient and/or practice feedback/concerns for investigation and appropriate remediation. • Present quarterly reports to the Director of Operations based on metric data such as referral progress, patient increase from referrals, list of new referring physicians, feedback from referring physicians, and newly contacted physicians, etc. • Develop and cultivate relationships with providers covering growing territory. • Ability to work at other locations as needed. • Must be open to cross-training and learning other areas as needed. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. • 3 years of experience in healthcare sales preferred. • Event planning experience (preferred) Requirements Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. • 3 years of experience in healthcare sales preferred. • Event planning experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
