Position Summary: The Physician Service Line Specialist supports the operational, technical, and administrative needs of a physician service line, with a focus on onboarding, scheduling systems coordination, and performance reporting. This role bridges clinical operations, IT systems, and business analytics to efficiently integrate providers into our telehealth ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts Develop and maintain client-facing productivity and performance reports for executive review Perform data modeling and advanced analytical assessments to support business decision-making Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend system or process improvements Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols Present clear and concise analytical findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights Develop, maintain, and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies Requirements: Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to perform data modeling and quantitative analysis and effectively present analytical results to stakeholders Experience developing and analyzing demand and supply models to support forecasting and planning decisions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, 401k, continuing education, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
