About the Role: The Provider Recruiter is responsible for recruiting advanced practice providers for the BestMed brand of Community Care Partners across multiple states while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role supports the states of Oregon and Washington while partnering closely with operational & medical leaders to attract top talent aligned with CCP's core values of quality, teamwork, accountability, integrity, and humility. What will you be doing? Managing full-cycle recruitment of advanced practice providers across multiple states including Oregon and Washington. Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies using networking, job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Building and maintaining a strong provider pipeline and candidate database. Reviewing CVs, interview candidates, and assess qualifications and organizational fit. Presenting provider opportunities clearly including compensation, benefits, and role expectations. Maintain positive candidate relationships from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding. Track recruitment activity and metrics using a provider recruiting dashboard. Coordinate interviews, site visits, and travel arrangements. Partner with Operational Leaders, Medical Leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals. Attend job fairs and conferences and develop relationships with provider networks. Stay current on provider recruitment trends and market conditions. What Qualifies You? Strong recruiting or human resources background with proven healthcare provider recruiting experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and leaders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Experience: 2–4 years of healthcare provider recruiting experience required. #CCP
