Fairview is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Provider Recruitment Coordinator to join our Provider Recruitment Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a seamless and positive experience for provider candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters. You will manage interview scheduling, coordinate onsite visits, handle travel arrangements, track recruitment metrics, and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews and site visits, ensuring participation of key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Physician Recruitment Specialist to plan and execute site visits, including travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Invoice and process expenses for site visits (Fairview and UMPhysicians).
  • Occasionally host or attend site visits/interviews to ensure candidate and client needs are met.
  • Generate and distribute recruitment reports, tracking hiring metrics and trends.
  • Support travel and accommodations for candidates and team members, including reimbursements and adherence to policies.
  • Manage recruitment-related expenses, process vendor payments, and create purchase orders as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Provide back-up support to onboarding coordinators and, on occasion, fill in at career events or interviews.
  • Contribute to recruitment initiatives and special projects that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
