Description Lead in the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier medical and clinical professionals. To play a critical role in expanding our clinical networks by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality candidates aligned with our organization's standard of care. This role involves building robust talent pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with physician leadership. Requirements EDUCATION: High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree, preferably in health-care administration, or business administration preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician staffing, vendor management, or corporate talent acquisition. BACKGROUND: Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the medical office. Solid understanding of healthcare provider credentialing, licensing, and medical staff bylaws is highly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. High degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidential information.
