Job Title: Provider Relations Coordinator Location: Remote with Frequent travel in Central New Jersey CHN, PPO is a proprietary PPO network of Medlogix servicing all lines of business including Auto/PIP, Workers’ Compensation and Health Benefits Medlogix, LLC delivers innovative medical claims solutions through a seamless collaboration of our Medlogix® technology, our highly skilled staff, access to our premier health care provider networks, and our commitment to keeping our clients’ needs as our top priority. The result is lower expenses and increased productivity for the auto insurance and workers’ compensation insurance carriers; third party administrators (TPAs); and government entities we serve. Description of Position: * Recruitment of physicians, providers and groups into the CHN PPO network in assigned territory. * Represent CHN PPO externally delivering a professional and polished image. * Develop and maintain good working relationships with participating providers/physicians in assigned territory. * Solicit providers by telephone, in person or direct mail to discuss the benefits of participating in the CHN PPO network. * Conduct orientation and other service visits to CHN PPO Participating Providers. * Respond to provider inquiries by interfacing with Medlogix/CHN PPO departments to expedite resolution of these issues. Qualifications: Required * Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook * Good verbal and written communication skills * Valid State issued Driver's License Preferred * Undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field. * Thorough knowledge of NJ counties and cities, able to navigate throughout all of Central NJ * Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility. * Meet deadlines and work well under pressure and take initiative to work independently.
