Description RESPONSIBILITIES Establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned healthcare providers through office visits, telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service Serve as main contact for physicians and their teams, answering questions, providing support, and guiding them through our services, protocols, and processes Work closely with Women’s Imaging Specialists Regional Managers and the Director of Business Development to handle any issues or concerns from referring providers in a professional and timely manner Stay informed about new healthcare offices in territory with goal of expanding referring provider network Track and monitor incoming referrals from top provider offices, identifying referral trends on a monthly basis; proactively address referring offices with consistent referral decreases Managing healthcare provider accounts to achieve company strategies and goals Maintaining a working knowledge of the latest regulations and news in the field of breast health, mammography, and continue education through resources like the ACR website and AreYouDense.org Assisting front office administrators with more complicated provider questions Identifying shortfalls in healthcare provider access and initiating improvement opportunities Assist in planning events and campaigns that engage both staff and referring offices Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 2 years Medical Office Experience Degree in marketing/sales preferred Professional communication: comfortable speaking with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff in a confident, articulate, and professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to take the initiative to get tasks done Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license and a clean driving record Must have dependable transportation
