The Position The Provider Support Specialist is responsible for supporting dentists by ensuring they are meeting the expectations of their role through ongoing consistent feedback, onboarding support, and coordinating training (both initial and ongoing) of dentists. The Provider Support Specialist works with the CMO, Regional Dentist Liaison, and Clinical Support Managers to ensure that customer needs are being met through efficient and customer-focused care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct check-ins with dentists Coordinate training for new and existing dentists with Dental Systems Trainer Collaborate with the operations team for new dentist onboarding Collaborate with the Clinical Support Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines Remain accessible to dentists throughout the day Perform other duties as necessary Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years’ experience preferred Management experience preferred Dental office management preferred Other Qualifications Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Customer service—the individual manages difficult client/customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance and meets commitments. Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently. Quality control/Attention to detail—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance. Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Dependability—the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance. Able to work in team environment. Ability to lift 15-20 lbs.
