As a Provider Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of global technology platforms that support mental health care providers worldwide. You’ll bridge business operations, product strategy, and technology implementation — ensuring that the provider experience is seamless, scalable, and aligned with international service standards. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams, you will define long-term objectives, oversee implementation projects, and guide innovation that improves care delivery. This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on improving global well-being. Accountabilities: Define strategic objectives for provider technology systems to enhance performance, efficiency, and provider satisfaction. Lead business case assessments to identify priorities that optimize both member experience and operational outcomes. Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects — from scoping and design to execution and global rollout. Ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of existing technologies, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and provider operations to maintain alignment and smooth collaboration. Foster innovation by exploring new tools, systems, and workflows that improve provider experience and operational scalability. Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and ensuring departmental effectiveness. Gather and translate user requirements from operational teams into actionable technical specifications. 10+ years of professional experience, ideally within healthcare technology, product delivery, or digital platform implementation. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles (desirable but not mandatory). Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
