The primary purpose of the position is to provide effective clinical management of Endovascular and Vascular surgical patients, under appropriate supervision, whilst developing expertise in medical practice, in a complex clinical environment. The Provisional Fellow is the key person who works closely with all members of a multi-disciplinary team and deals with matters of an urgent or sensitive nature, whilst exercising discretion, sensitivity and maintaining confidentiality. The position aims to provide training for General Surgeons who have an interest in Vascular surgery and wishing to further develop skills and experience in managing surgical patients.
