REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Eligible to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing Board
  • Taking the BCBA exam within 3 months of starting work
  • Experience in clinical/center based setting highly valued
  • Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued

Responsibilities
  • Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support
  • Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey
  • Participate in staff interview process
  • Participate in monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs
  • Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
