OVERVIEW:

Signalink is looking to hire a Provisioner that will work with a diverse team comprised of engineering, logistics, and airframe/system subject matter experts.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• 3-7 years of applicable experience in a government or contractor setting providing ILS for military acquisition programs and programs of record.
• Ability to produce Logistics Support Analysis Reports; LSARs 030, 032, 036.
• Experience with PowerLOGJ and COMPASS software.
• Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Must be a resident of the Huntsville, Alabama area or be willing to relocate.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient in interpreting and translating complex schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Capable of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment.

• Facilitate the development of logistics support plans, product support analyses, product support data, and logistics product data summaries.
• Develop provisioning documentation to be included in military standard-compliant technical manuals.
• Create front-end analysis to determine initial fielding requirements (e.g., Functional Analysis, Physical Analysis, LORA, Task Analysis, and Sparing Predictions).
• Prepare and participate in system test planning and execution, verification and validation events, and Provisioning Guidance Conferences (PGC) as required.
• Develop and deliver Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSAR) and Technical Manual segments.
• Interpret engineering drawings and research hardware to gain procurement data for use in developing Repair Parts and Tool Lists (RPSTLs) and Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs).
• Develop data using MS Excel to match PPL Provisioning Control Number (PCCN) and Provisioning List Item Sequence Numbers (PLISNs) to respective part numbers associated with system drawings.
• Research system drawing parts list using the Defense Logistics Information System Web Search (WebFLIS) to extract information about supply items including the National Stock Number (NSN), the item name, manufacturers, and suppliers (including part numbers).
• Collaborate with logistics analysts, technical writers, design engineers, and field engineers to update provisioning documentation in accordance with government Technical Manual Evaluation Records (TMERs), redlines, engineering changes, and customer requirements.
• Provide direct support to the Signalink ILS Manager on all technical logistics efforts, integration with the systems engineering process and team, and attend all scheduled meetings as required.
