Description

Overview: An enterprise revenue cycle organization is seeking 3 User Provisioning Specialists to support a surge in account setup requests driven by organizational growth and new customer onboarding. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate user access across systems. Responsibilities: Process user account creation and access setup requests in accordance with established policies. Manage Active Directory accounts, including permissions, group memberships, and role assignments. Handle user terminations and ensure proper deprovisioning of access. Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in User Account Creation and Access Management. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, permissions, and security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot access issues across multiple systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
