Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description You will set up tax and reporting structures, and maintain client access and contact information for our UCM clients. As the single point of contact for both our teams and clients, you'll ensure a seamless, accurate, and efficient onboarding experience. You will report to Experian's Manager, Client Data. Location preference: Eastern Time Zone. Your responsibilities will include: Manage user access and permissions Work with our tax team to ensure accurate tax data Maintain reporting structures Create and track POA documents for all client accounts Qualifications Experience with contact and data management systems 1+ years of experience with state unemployment agencies Understanding of Power of Attorney documents Experience managing multiple tasks Customer Service experience with good written and verbal communication skills Benefits This is a 100% remote position open to applicants who reside in the United States only 15 days of vacation accrual annually, five sick days, two volunteer days.
