What you’ll be doing? 🛠️ Owning provisioning workflows — Troubleshoot and resolve issues across automated and manual orders, ensuring each step moves smoothly and accurately. 🔄 Keeping processes flowing — Work through API‑related errors, follow product‑specific provisioning steps and maintain consistent accuracy. 📣 Clear communication — Keep internal and external stakeholders updated, set expectations and provide transparent updates on progress. 📝 Documenting solutions — Capture new fixes, patterns and learnings so the team can move faster and smarter. 📊 Spotting trends — Identify recurring issues, escalate themes and help improve system reliability through data‑driven insights. 🤝 Team collaboration — Support onboarding and training for new team members, offering guidance and being a go‑to person for early questions. 📚 Continuous development — Engage in learning programs, coaching and growth initiatives to build your capability and expand your impact.
