Position Summary: The Provisioning Specialist ensures timely delivery of orders and proactively communicates with Pax8 partners with order encounter delays. They follow processes for manual provisioning and known API errors, as well as communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist learns new skills on the job and documents processes for consistent delivery. This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work onsite. Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to): Communicate with internal and external stakeholders the reason for any delays and set expectations for resolution. Resolve API errors on automated orders. Follow processes to manual provision orders for a sub-set of products. Document solutions on any new errors. Report trending provisioning errors to Management. Collect or update data within projects. Support new team members by providing training on processes and being a point of contact for initial questions. rive your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programms, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training.​ Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies: ​​At least two (2) years’ experience in a technical and/or customer service environment. ​ ​​​Creative problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems. ​ ​​Previous experience working in a ticket management system or using an OMS tool​. ​​Highly organised detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. ​​Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment. ​​Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels​​.
