Provisioning Support Co-ordinator

Base location: Reading - 4 months fixed term contract - Hybrid working
Salary: £25k + a range of benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract/ fulltime 37 hours with flexible working options available
What is the Role?
Are you looking for a summer role that will provide experience within a telecoms, fast-paced, office environment?
Working with some of the best-known names in telecoms industry including Openreach, TalkTalk Business, SKY, Virgin Media, and City Fibre, you’ll be an integral part of a busy, dynamic team responsible for ensuring the circuits customers have ordered are placed in a timely manner.
The role:
As a Provisioning Coordinator your role will be to process and raise orders on behalf of our customers, using our third-party suppliers’ portals, whilst bringing your experience and knowledge into play to ensure orders received are clean and validated. You will also be responsible for some general provisioning related tasks, including but not limited to, mailbox cleaning, processing in-flight cancellations, and creating process documents for the wider team.
The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers, are key to success in this role along with managing deadlines effectively and setting customer expectations.
Your knowledge and experience:
Whilst this is a non-technical role, training will be given to ensure you are seen by our customers and colleagues as a subject matter expert in the delivery of connectivity services in the telecoms industry.
Experience of sales support/order management systems in a telecoms environment would be an advantage but not essential.
About you:
Proactive and self-motivated, team player who has a strong customer service ethics and are able to drive projects to successful completion. A technical aptitude and good problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage deadlines and customer expectations.
Able to build good and effective working relationships at all levels, both with internal and external stakeholders.
