KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Ensuring the availability of partially and fully automated production systems
• Supervision of production processes and workflows
• Analysis of existing processes
• Initiating and implementing improvement activities for quality and productivity enhancement (CIP/KAIZEN)
• Responsibility for planning, execution, and evaluation of production trials
• Collaboration with adjacent department

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Successfully completed engineering studies in production or process technology, technician qualification, or equivalent
• First practical experience is desirable

SKILLS:

• Proficient in using MS Office and basic knowledge of CAD is advantageous
• You can communicate well in both German and English
• Analytical abilities and a selfdirected, goal-oriented work approach
• Teamplayer combined with a high level of commitment
