Du wirkst aktiv an der Einführung und Betreuung von Neukundenprojekten mit – gemeinsam mit dem Business Development sowie unseren Dienstleistern. Du steuerst Projekte zur Verbesserung von Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit und treibst kontinuierliche Optimierungen voran. Du führst interne Schulungen durch und erstellst bzw. aktualisierst Schulungsunterlagen sowie Arbeitsanweisungen. Du unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte in den Bereichen Qualitäts- und Prozessverbesserung, Betriebsmitteleinsatz und operativer Steuerung. Du bist erste Eskalationsstufe für ausgewählte Kunden, führst Preis- und SLA-Verhandlungen und sorgst für professionelle Lösungswege. Du managst unser Partnernetzwerk, pflegst Beziehungen, entwickelst Partner weiter, führst Performance Reviews durch und übernimmst Vertragsverhandlungen. Du moderierst interne und externe Meetings auf Operations- und Management-Level in deutscher und englischer Sprache – inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung. Das hast Du auf Lager: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung als Prozessplaner in der Kontrakt- und Lagerlogistik; Erfahrungen in der Transportlogistik sind ein Plus. Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Logistikprozessen aus und denkst analytisch sowie lösungsorientiert. Du beherrschst MS Office sicher, insbesondere Excel, und nutzt Tools effizient zur Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Du bringst eine hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft mit und behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick. Responsibilities

The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing logistics processes using Lean Management methods, while actively participating in the introduction and support of new customer projects alongside Business Development. Responsibilities also include managing projects for quality and cost improvement, conducting internal training, acting as the first escalation point for selected customers, and managing the partner network through relationship building and performance reviews.
