JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate PRP Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including non-surgical cosmetic procedures, laser treatments, and skincare consultations. You will work closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive tailored treatments that deliver outstanding results. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to apply aesthetic techniques effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic treatments.
• Experience with advanced aesthetic procedures (e.g., microneedling, chemical peels, lasers, and radiofrequency).
• Knowledge of various skin types and the ability to adapt treatments accordingly.
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for skincare and aesthetics, with a willingness to continue education in this ever-evolving field.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products is a plus.
• Laser Core of Knowledge certification (desirable but not essential).

• Perform a range of treatments such as PRP, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Provide consultations to clients, understanding their skincare needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Administer injectables (if qualified) such as Botox, dermal fillers, or other anti-ageing treatments.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress, and follow-up appointments.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in all treatment areas.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic’s dermatologists and medical staff to provide integrated skincare solutions.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare products, and routine maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the field of aesthetics.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards to build and maintain client relationships.
